How to navigate your Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base in Prudentia Sciences. This page serves as a central launch point for everything on the platform.
The main area is divided into two panels:
- Recent activity displays the active Assessments you are assigned to. Click any item to return directly to that Assessment.
- My Tasks displays the domain review tasks currently assigned to you. Each task shows the project name, the domain name, and the due date (or "No Due Date" if none has been set). Click any task to navigate directly into that domain. This panel reflects your workflow assignments across all active Assessments.
The My Tasks panel on the Dashboard is directly connected to the workflow management in Assessments. Tasks will only appear here if Workflow Management was enabled when the Assessment was created and you have been assigned as a Primary Assignee, Secondary Assignee, or Approver on one or more domains.
Left navigation bar
The left navigation bar is always visible, no matter where you are in the platform. It contains four icons, each linking to a core product module in the platform.
- Dashboard returns you to the main dashboard: your overview of all Assessments and a launch point for key actions including creating a new Assessment, starting a new Prospect, viewing all Assessments, or reaching the Prudentia Client Success team
- Prospect takes you to a list of all active Prospects, with the option to start a new Prospect directly from this view
- Global Markets takes you to the Global Markets sourcing view, where you can explore approved and pre-approved assets across regions
- Assessments takes you to a dedicated page where you can manage all active Assessments in one consolidated view.
Top right actions
Two buttons are available in the top-right corner of the Dashboard:
- Contact Support opens an email to reach the Prudentia Sciences Customer Success team directly at support@prudentiasciences.com.
- Knowledge Base links to help.prudentiasciences.com/knowledge-base, where you can find articles, guides, and FAQs across all areas of the platform.
Settings
Your initials appear as an avatar in the top-right corner of every page. If you have Admin access, click your avatar to access the settings panel where you can manage user roles and permissions.
